Small Group Training & Nutrition Program
February 25–March 3 (Free trials on 1/18 and 1/21)

fitBody Camp is a 6-week small group (4–10 people) fitness program that is designed to help you lose inches and body fat via strength training and nutrition consulting. Each participant receives one private session during which we will take your measurements, discuss food journaling & nutrition and help you set your personal fitness goals. Also included are two group training sessions and one group nutrition session per week.

Zumba with Jackie classpass holders get all of this for just $300, or less than $20 per session! Non-Zumba members pay $360. There is also a payment plan option: pay in three $100 installments.

fitBody Camp is goal-oriented, so as an extra incentive, the participant with the highest combination of inches, body fat and weight percentage loss at the end of the 6-week training period receives $50 in Zumba, training, and/or nutrition classes! All measurements will be kept private.

Jackie is offering FREE trial sessions of fitBody Camp for the first 12 people to sign up! We will take 6 people on Wednesday/January 18th at 7 pm, and 6 people on Saturday/ January 21st at 8:15 am. (One free session per person.) There is no obligation to join fitBody Camp if you decide not to after the trial. So give it a try! Sign up for a trial session by contacting Jackie directly. The deadline to sign up for fitBody Camp after the trial is Tuesday, January 24th.
